Our Process


1 / Initial Consult

We begin every project with a 2-hour (minimum) in person consultation.

We want to get to know you, listen to your desires, take notes and photos of your existing spaces. We’ll discuss broad design concepts and expected project duration.

2 / Kickoff

Project scope, timing, ballpark budget, product selections & recommendations.

After review of our design overview, we select products, create floor plans, and design details, followed by a detailed estimate and planned project timing.

3 / Project Management

Estimates, invoices, order placement & tracking.

You can expect excellent communication and transparency from Good Manors. Project estimates are provided, along with deposit invoices, updates on order placement, tracking and ultimately installation schedules are given throughout the process.

4 / Delivery & Installation

Wrap up.

We schedule to maximize the delivery/install resources and minimize the impact to the client.

Our design team is always present to oversee all installs: we want to be assured that you are happy with the results, so that we can be happy!
